Richards started practice in June of 1962 as a sole practitioner and was so until January 1, 1976 when the firm was incorporated under the Indiana Professional Corporation Act as William R. Richards, P.C. Our office emphasizes consumer and business bankruptcy law as well as debtor/creditor releases.

We are a small firm dedicated to serving the personal needs of our clients. Our clients deal directly with their attorney and their attorney's legal assistant. We have over 45 years of experience, which enables us to network with attorneys and other professionals to assist the needs of our clients.
